If you don't remember from other pictures, this is what it used to look like...
My mom cut Emma's hair and my sister Katie kept her distracted.
The final result...I could only get her to sit still in front of the TV of course :)

What a pretty little girl you guys have! Her haircut is cute! She has grown up so much! That's great that your mom was able to cut it! Glad to see that your mom and sister are there. I bet that is nice to have them there! Have a good week!
Wow! I can't believe that was Emma's first haircut?! I guess it's different with girls. I think Jack has had at least 8 haircuts!!
