Hello Texan style (y'all)! After a year of playing with this thing, we've decided to upgrade to a family blog. (That's why we have the new name and address.) Emma's website will stay where it is and we will continue to post there in Spanish and in English. This new blog will be mostly in English unless I can get Emmanuel to do some posting :-) only because I plan on posting more often, and I just don't have the time! This will be more of a journal-type blog about what is going on in our lives, while Emma's blog will mostly be pictures with headings. But of course a HUGE part of our lives is Emma, so don't think it will be boring old us! So, to begin with, it's just boring old us haha. Last night (Sat.) we went to a company party, and it was huge! There were some odd 20,000 people there. The band Chicago was playing while people ate dinner and desserts. It was such a huge event that we couldn't find the friends we were going to hang out with once we got separated. Meanwhile, Emma was getting babysat at the Coxs'. It was nice to go on a date! Emmanuel and I really appreciate those alone moments to hold hands! And we got to get all dressed up...
